Online registration for the 4-week block is required.

Please arrive 15min early on the first day to complete your Student Participation form and find your place. The Hall will open from 3:45pm thereafter to support your early arrival each week giving you time to arrive and settle easefully.

Following the class you are very welcome to stay for Arati from 5:30pm to 6:00pm.

Please observe the dress guidelines of the Ashram by wearing modest clothing ie no shorts or singlet/bra tops. Please obtain clearance to attend from your health practitioner if required.
