Introduction to
Siddha Yoga Meditation
Sunday 14 September from 4.00pm to 5.30pm
This event is especially designed for those new to Siddha Yoga meditation but will also benefit those wishing to strengthen their practice.
You will be guided through each aspect of Siddha Yoga meditation, including posture, breath, and mantra.
This is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and family.
The amrit cafe will be open after the Satsang.
