In her talk on the Siddha Yoga Message for 2004, Gurumayi invites us all to become like scientists and explore the power within; to constantly make new discoveries about it - and ourselves. The Learning Guide includes a selection of quotes from Gurumayi’s talk as well as exercises designed to enhance our understanding and application of the Message through direct experience, reflection and active participation. It is comprised of approximately 38 pages and intended for use with a journal, so that we can record our insights and discoveries about the Message in the most useful of ways.
