Refund Policy

Bookstore Purchases

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product. SYF will provide a full refund or offer an exchange, including postage at SYF's discretion. SYF reserves the right to request that you provide a photograph of the damaged product or return the product at our postage cost.


Non-returnable items

We regret that we cannot refund products where there is a change of mind.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have approved the refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Event Fees

The policy covering event fees is based on the SYDA Cancellation Policy effective May 2010. It applies to Teaching & Learning Events without Application Process (e.g. Shaktipat Intensives and Audio Satsangs). For Teaching & Learning Events with Application Process (e.g. Siddha Yoga Sadhana Retreat), please refer queries to bus.ops.nat@siddhayoga.org.au.

* A 10% cancellation fee is withheld to cover processing costs


** Special Cases

• For cancellations made by Siddha Yoga Foundation, a full refund will be issued. Siddha Yoga Foundation will not refund the costs of any accommodations or travel expenses, including airline tickets or other payments or penalties that may be incurred outside of the event fees.

• A full refund will be issued for cancellations due to: 

(a) illness, injury or death of the registrant or a registrant's family member; (b) events that prevent a participant from attending the event (e.g. natural disasters); or (c) certain legal processes (jury duty, subpoenas)


How do I cancel my registration?

Before cancelling, refer to the cancellation policy above. If you registered at a location, contact that location to cancel or transfer. If you registered online, contact the online registration coordinator by sending an email to registration@siddhayoga.org.au.

Refunds can take up to four weeks to process.
