In Venue Seva Event Registration

The Ashrams in Australia are subject to COVID safe protocols that require people attending to agree to the Declaration & Consent form and to check in upon arrival. There may also be in place limits on the numbers of people allowed in a venue at any given time. The Siddha Yoga Foundation has implemented this registration system to make this process as easeful as possible for you.


Follow the steps below to view and register for the seva sessions & events available.

  1. Click on the Declaration & Consent button under the venue you wish to view available sessions and events.
  2. Please read the Declaration & Consent pop-up and scroll to the bottom to view available sessions and events.
  3. Select the session or event you want to attend.
  4. Add the ticket/s to your Cart.
  5. Your cart contents will appear to the right hand side of the screen, select 'Check Out'.
    (If the cart contents are not displayed, click on the Cart Icon at the top right of the screen)
  6. Enter the attendee details for each ticket in the pop-up that appears (This is necessary because you can register people other than yourself).
  7. Proceed through the check out (You will not be asked for payment details for events with no registration fee).
  8. You will receive an email confirming your ticket order and a separate email with your ticket and QR code. Keep this somewhere safe, ready to display when you enter the venue on the day of the seva session or event.

Vaccination against COVID-19 is not required to participate in an event at a Siddha Yoga Ashram in Australia.

By proceeding with registration:

  1.  I confirm I am NOT feeling ANY flu-like symptoms, I do not have an increased temperature and I do not feel I am getting a cold. I also confirm that I have had none of these symptoms for the past 10 days.

  2.  I confirm I have not come into contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or is awaiting test results.

  3.  I agree to comply with the COVID safety measures in effect at the venue, including wearing a mask while chanting, maintaining physical distancing and using the hand sanitiser provided.

  4.  I agree that I am personally responsible for my own health and well-being at all times I attend the venue and will not seek to hold the venue or its leadership responsible for any health issues I may have or may develop when attending the venue.
