Registration Fees

All packages are for the period from Friday 19 to Monday 22  January 2018, and include three nights accommodation in the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Sydney, one Hatha Yoga class, and contribution to a food kitty to cover meals from Friday lunch to Monday lunch. 

You are welcome to bring your own linen or linen can be hired for the weekend for $15 per person.

Package rates vary between age groups. There is no fee for children ages 3 and under.

Examples of Family Package fees: 

1 Adult + 1 Child (ages 3-12 years) = $325

2 Adults + 2 Children (3- 12 years) = $650

Refund Policy

The following outlines the refund policy for this event when cancellation is requested by the registrant.

1. For cancellations received up to Thursday 11 January, the refund will be 90% of the Hatha Yoga fees plus 100% of the amount paid for accommodation and contribution to the food kitty (less a $10 administration charge).
2. For cancellations received between 12 and 19 January, the refund will be 90% of the Hatha Yoga fees plus 90% of the amount paid for accommodation. There would be no refund of the contribution paid for the food kitty.

Special Cases:

For cancellations made by Siddha Yoga Foundation, a full refund will be issued. Siddha Yoga Foundation will not refund the costs of any non-Ashram accommodations, or any travel expenses, including airline tickets or other payments or penalties that may be incurred outside of the event fees.

A full refund will be issued for cancellations due to: (a) illness, injury or death of the registrant or a registrant's family member; (b) events that prevent a participant from attending the event (e.g. natural disasters); or (c) certain legal processes (jury duty, subpoenas).
